The Barn IS NO More.....
Like all things, With the way things are anymore. The Barn closed it's doors and it is up for sale. No longer holding the handmade, In American items it once displayed. Such a shame but what seems to be the norm.
I think, just maybe this building that once held two business, Should now be bought and become a bakery.
Kristy's Cakes. If only she had the money to open up. A great place.
Yet, with so many places opening up that make fancy cakes. How would this one make it. It would be a struggle for sure. Sad.
Often my thoughts of opening up a pet store in down town was also dimmed , when the one pet store that was open had closed its door as well. Was it the smell or was it the cost. Was it the any of these ?
Sad that the American dream is lost because of the cost.

The Red Barn is no more.
After six years. This Store has finally closed it's doors. It couldn't make it .In 2005 when we first moved here, they were building this barn.It started out to be a realtor.Which didn't last long before they put it up for sale.It was on the market for just a while until someone , who had moved here from Flordia, He open the place with the intention of selling local aritistes crafts.
Our neighbor, who we found out was one of those artistes. She put up some of her paintings .Which she never did sell any of. And in turn took down her paintings.
I know for myself,I rarelly stopped by the barn, All because I knew I couldn't afford any of the well liked crafts that would catch my eye. And there were a lot I liked.
So, Once again the barn stands empty. Awaiting for another who can vision what it could be. Buy it and reopen it.
Sad to say farwell to the red barn.

I can't wait to do this, I love the idea you have to visit each of the wineries. I do enjoy the taste of the pearl , I seem to go straight for it. I should give the others a go .
A wonderful place the switch. I will the two greeters , I think I can recall what they look like. But never knew their names. A cat and two dogs. I am glad they are going to have a sale for the holidays as well, If we had the money I sure would go stock up the Christmas gifts for the family .
